event photo delivery

Every guest leaves
with their photos.

One selfie at the registration desk. From there it is automatic. AI finds every guest in every frame, cuts each of them their own reel to music, and sends it out under your branding while the event is still running. Nobody tags anything. Nobody waits two days.

done

Forty seconds at the desk. The guest scans the table card, types a name and an email, and that is the whole registration. Nothing to install.

One selfie becomes a signature. The face is turned into a numeric signature on the guest's own phone. That signature is what the matching uses.

The card goes straight onto the desk. Drag the photographer's shots in and every face in every frame is matched as it uploads. Around three hundred photographs a minute.

Your photographs from tonight
14 photographs and a 20 second reel

Delivered while the event is still running. Their own photographs, plus a personal vertical reel cut to music. The kind of thing guests forward, which is the organiser's marketing.

the part nobody else does

Three things that do not
exist anywhere else.

01

The scan is automatic

No album to browse. No name tagging. No "find yourself in 3,000 photos". The AI reads every face in every frame as the card uploads and decides who is in the picture. A human never sorts a single photograph.

zero manual tagging
02

Every guest gets their own reel

Not one event video for everybody. A separate vertical reel, cut to music, built from the photographs that person is actually in. Two hundred guests means two hundred different films, made without anyone opening an editor.

one film per guest, not one for the room
03

All of it wears your brand

Your logo, your colours, your music, your words, your sending address. The guest never sees a tool, a watermark or somebody else's name. As far as the room is concerned, you built this.

no watermark, no third party name

The feature agencies react to

Not the matching. The list of guests the camera has missed.

coverage

Who has been shot

A live count of how many registered guests already appear in at least one photograph.

the gap

Who has been missed

The names nobody has photographed yet, while there is still time to send someone after them.

the shift

A checklist, not a hope

Event photography stops being something you find out about afterwards and becomes something you run.

You own it. There is no monthly fee.

It deploys under your own accounts. Your guests, your photographs, your archive. If you and I never speak again, it keeps running.

what you pay once

The build

A one time licence. It installs on infrastructure you control and there is no per guest or per event charge.

the archive

Every event, searchable by face, forever

Two years later you can still find every photograph of a named guest across every event you ran. Nobody doing this with shared drive folders can do that.

How a night actually runs

01

Before the doors open

Print the table cards. Open the desk on any laptop. There is nothing to configure on the night.

02

Guests arrive

They scan, take one selfie, and give a name and an email. If a guest declines the selfie they still register and still get the group photographs.

03

The shooting starts

Cards come off the cameras and onto the desk. Matching runs as the photographs upload. Two laptops can work the same event.

04

Delivery

Email carries the photographs and the reel. The table card QR also opens each guest's own gallery, so delivery never depends on a message being received.

05

Afterwards

The event stays in the archive and stays searchable. Nothing has to be re-collected later.

Put it on your next event

Tell me the event and how many guests. If it suits, I will set it up on your accounts and you will own it from that day.
